Laduree: The Sweet Recipes Philippe Andrieu

Not much of a difference for the basic shells but for the chocolate shells, they used melted chocolate. Today we offer you the traditional french toast recipe reviewed by Ladurée. Our sweet friend C was in Stockholm this past weekend and I had just found out that there was a Ladurée boutique there, so C was incredibly nice and brought a few macarons back to Copenhagen for me.
